Matt Suissa - Operations Manager
Matt is the Operations Manager at Paragon Title. He brings over 20 years of business management experience to his role, having built and sold a loan processing company and overseen the development of a mortgage division at a mid-Atlantic financial institution. He oversees Paragon’s business development, human resources, technology, cybersecurity and IT, and applies his broad business acumen to his everyday tasks, including quality control, talent recruitment, customer service, and compliance. Matt is also responsible for implementing strategies to improve operational efficiencies in Paragon's systems, processes, and policies.
Matt is a lifelong Washingtonian. He grew up in Potomac, MD, where he now resides, and attended Winston Churchill High School and THE Ohio State University, and earned a B.A. in Communications.
